DIY Bluetooth Earphone Repair & Clip-On Receiver

If you frequently experience issues with a single battery dying or being unable to pair with your Bluetooth earphones, such as the ones from Enfig or HP, where the standby time is short and one earpiece stops pairing after some time, you can consider assembling a clip-on Bluetooth receiver that allows for battery replacement.
You will need a set of Bluetooth earphone boards with the CSR8645 chip, a mainboard, a 400mAh battery, and an audio jack. Additionally, you'll need a few wires. Also, prepare a casing with dimensions of 814117 (lengthwidthheight), consisting of two halves without screws. Make sure to have a charging and discharging protection board, a micro switch, and a Type-C female connector ready.
Start by roughly placing the circuit boards to determine their positions.
Smooth the Bluetooth board and then place it inside the casing for confirmation, ensuring that the nearby screws can be secured.
Make openings in the casing, from top to bottom, for the 3.5mm audio jack, the switch, and the Type-C charging port.
Test the installation of the interfaces.
Put all the components into place.
Once that's done, solder the components and perform testing.
Finally, put everything back together and secure the interfaces and buttons with hot glue, while using double-sided tape to fix the battery in place.
Close the lid, and you're done.
Note: If the provided 3.5mm audio plug has three segments, but your headphone with a microphone has four segments, it may cause issues when testing the left and right earpieces.
