If you are interested in DIY charging cases, you might want to check out this article.
If you happen to have a Bluetooth earphone that can still power on but has no charging case and cannot be charged, you may feel very frustrated. Do not rush to throw it away, because at this moment, you might suddenly come up with the idea of making a charging case yourself.

If you happen to have a 5V charger, a pair of contact spring pins, and a USB charging cable with only positive and negative wires, as well as a strong magnet, then you can start making it.

First, you should use 502 glue to attach the strong magnet to the charger. Please pay attention to the polarity of the magnet to ensure it matches the earphone correctly.

Then, align the charging contacts of the earphone and mark their position on the charger.

Next, align the charging spring pins with the marked position, and use 502 glue and other materials to firmly fix them in place.

As shown in the figure.

You can then power it on and test the device.

The charging works normally.

Finally, add insulation and secure the wires. The process is completed, and it is actually very simple.
